- The hand-writing is very much like the ""bella scrittura documentaria"" of P.S.I. 1265
- State of preservation:
- The document is damaged in several places, and both bottom and probably more than half of its breadth are lost, so that the details of the agreement must remain unknown. Parts of the left and the right sides are lacking and the beginning is lost.
